Ken is the owner and operator of PKSA Ann Arbor North with his wife Whitney. Ken is a Sam Dan (third degree black belt) and Kyo Sa Nim (certified instructor). He has over 25 years of martial arts experience and is currently training under Master Prasad Tumati, Master Lynda Gronlund-Naeem, and Master Jibril Naeem at PKSA Ann Arbor.
Ken is currently a member of the USA World Team and has previously medaled in two world tournaments in Malaysia and the UK. He is also a three time PKSA Power Breaking Champion.
Outside of PKSA, Ken is a master certified automotive technician and is currently the lead CTE automotive instructor at Pioneer High School.
Whitney is the owner and operator of PKSA Ann Arbor North with her husband Ken. Whitney is an E Dan (second degree black belt) and Kyo Sa Nim (certified instructor).
She has been training in Tang Soo Do at PKSA Ann Arbor since 2012 under Master Prasad Tumati, Master Lynda Gronlund-Naeem, and Master Jibril Naeem. At PKSA Ann Arbor, Whitney was the head of the Little Ninjas Program and coordinator for the community classes through Ann Arbor Rec and Ed.
Whitney is currently a member of the USA World Team and has been competing at PKSA tournaments since she was a green belt.
Outside of PKSA, Whitney has a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education with a ZS Early Childhood Endorsement from Eastern Michigan University. She is a full-time preschool teacher at the Gretchen’s House Mt. Vernon location.
